With over 30 years of experience within the construction industry, I have worked my way from labourer, through slinger/signaller, crane operator, crane supervisor, appointed person, and up to senior logistics manager.

I have worked on many major projects in London, and throughout the British Isles. I qualified as an NVQ Assessor in October 2018, and have carried out many assessments in that time.

I found it to be not only beneficial to my clients, but to myself also, in learning and being able to share my knowledge of the construction industry. 

I understand the needs of people within the industry and newcomers alike, and take personal pride in helping them to achieve their goals within their chosen fields. 

I have worked for McCaffrey NVQ Assessments for over 2 years as administrator. 

Prior to this, I have worked in administration roles within Surrey Police and Dignity Funeral services.
